ATTUNED Approach

UK or Remote
Emma Whymark and Lisa Poole are pioneering an innovative coaching qualification aimed at training individuals to become neurodiversity coaches. They believe their course will be the first of its kind in the UK, offering a comprehensive approach that addresses the full spectrum of neurodivergent conditions. While ADHD coaching is gaining recognition, Emma and Lisa identified that many individuals with ADHD often have co-occurring neurodivergent conditions, prompting them to create a course that reflects this broader reality.
The course is based on a new, trademarked coaching approach called ATTUNED. This approach is designed to equip coaches with the tools and understanding necessary to work with the diverse needs of neurodivergent individuals, making it a comprehensive and inclusive model for neurodiversity coaching. The course, which will be accredited by the Association for Coaching, represents a significant advancement in the professional development of neurodiversity coaches.
